Purchases

Cancellation follows Israeli consumer protection law. Delivered products must be returned whole and sealed; opened bottles cannot be returned except in case of a defect. Wine kept in the cellar in your name can be cancelled under the same terms while it remains in the cellar.

Subscription

Cancel any time with one click in your account, or by contacting us. No further charges are made, access continues until the end of the paid period, and bottles kept in the cellar remain yours.

Refunds and defects

Refunds are made to the original payment method. For a defect or mismatch, contact us with a description, the order number and photos.
