Operator

The site is operated by Shimon Badush Holdings Ltd. (company no. 516808110) under the name Admor HaYayin, Havakuk HaNavi 54, Beit Shemesh, Israel.

Ages 18+

Wine content, club membership and purchases are for ages 18 and over. ID may be requested on delivery, pickup or at events. Alcohol is never delivered to minors.

The club

Catalogue prices, purchases and auction bidding are for approved club members. Membership is by invitation and may be approved or declined at our discretion. There are three tiers; benefits are listed on the club page.

Subscription

Membership fees are charged monthly or annually on Hyp's secure payment page, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account or by contacting us; access remains until the end of the paid period. If a renewal fails, you will be notified and given a grace period; bottles kept in the cellar in your name are always preserved.

Purchases, delivery and cellar storage

Prices are in ILS and include VAT. Stock is limited and allocated by completed payment. Wines can be delivered insured, picked up in Beit Shemesh by appointment, or kept in the Admor HaYayin cellar in your name and delivered later on request. Estimated cellar values are estimates only and not an offer to purchase.

Auctions

Approved members may bid; bids are binding. The highest bid at closing wins and must be paid within a limited time, otherwise the wine may be offered to the next bidder. Full auction terms will be published before the first sale.
