What we collect

Members: name, phone, email, age and privacy confirmations, optional marketing consent, membership tier and subscription details. Orders: items, delivery choice and address, notes and the payment reference. Card details are never stored on the site; payments are processed by Hyp.

Where it is stored

Member, order and catalogue data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, Tel Aviv region) with sign-in by Firebase Authentication. Payments, standing orders and invoices are handled by Hyp. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Emails are sent through Google Workspace. These providers process data on our behalf.

Measurement and storage in your browser

Essential browser storage keeps your age confirmation, cart, sign-in state and cookie choice. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 load only after you consent, and you can change your choice any time via "cookie preferences" in the footer. No personal identifiers are sent to measurement tools.
