English summary for convenience. The binding text is the Hebrew version: read it here. Draft for legal review.

The site is built to Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.1 level AA: heading structure, skip link, full keyboard operation, visible focus, text alternatives, labelled forms, respect for reduced-motion settings, and responsive layouts.

An accessibility menu in the corner of every page lets you enlarge text, switch to high contrast, highlight links, use a simpler font and stop animations.
